Permanent iCloud Unlock Solution for iPhone and iPad

Apple’s iPhone is pretty reliable when it comes to security, and iCloud has been an able ally when it comes to keeping your data safe. The company is constantly working to improve the security of its devices, and iCloud offers users a safe “off-device” tool to store their personal details. Back in 2013, Apple brought in a security feature called Find My iPhone to help users find and protect their iPhone and iPad in case of theft or loss. But the Activation Lock for Find My iPhone sometimes poses a problem, which is why we’re going to be talking about one of the best iCloud unlock solutions for iPhone users.

A brief introduction to iCloud Activation Lock

One of the highlights of Find My iPhone lies in Activation Lock. As the name implies, Activation Lock is safeguards your iOS devices, preventing people from wiping or restoring your iPhone and iPad. Activation Lock requires your Apple ID and password to access your personal data.

However, everything has a downside, and Activation Lock is no different. If you are planning to buy a second-hand iPhone, the first thing to do is to make sure the previous owner unlocks it. If your iPhone gets stuck on the iCloud activation screen, then it’s nothing but a useless brick. An expensive brick, no less!

Fortunately, there are a number of different methods available to help you remove the iCloud activation lock on your iPhone. This is what we call an iCloud unlock. However, keep in mind that not all such services are reliable, as some may make things even worse.

With that in mind, I believe that I can help you out. Last year, I spent a fortune buying a second-hand iPhone 6s Plus. However, I found out that someone else’s iCloud account was still on it. Baffled, I contacted its previous owner, but he had moved to another country. I ended up losing my money and the use of my phone. Luckily, my iPhone is now unchained, and it was only with the help of a reliable unlock provider that I’m able to freely use the device as I please.

In this guide, I am going to walk you through the steps of doing an iCloud unlock for your iPhone. Before proceeding, there are a couple of things you need to understand about removing the iCloud lock from an iPhone.

First, what is iCloud Lock?

The iCloud Activation Lock has been an essential part of Find My iPhone since the days of iOS 7, allowing users to protect their Apple devices in case it is misplaced or stolen. Activation Lock works based on iCloud, meaning that it requires your Apple ID username and password to remove it. That’s why it’s a problem if you buy a device from which the previous owner hasn’t removed their credentials.

The alarming part is, if an iPhone is iCloud locked, then the previous owner can still block you from using it. The only way to free your iPhone is to get an iCloud unlock done. However, the process requires the use of a third-party provider.

There are a ton of iCloud unlock providers out there, many of which are really good. But not all of them are equal because some of them use unethical means to unlock iCloud.

Benefits of Doing an iCloud Unlock

Once your iPhone is iCloud unlocked, you are free to use your device and sign up with your Apple ID details. Essentially, unlocking iCloud prevents the device from being controlled by the previous owner or anyone else. Once you set up your own Apple ID on the device, you’re the only one that controls it.

Another major benefit of unlocking iCloud is the most obvious one – the fact that you can’t use the iPhone for anything more than a fancy paperweight without unlocking iCloud. No messages, no calls, absolutely nothing. The iCloud Activation Lock disables the device in case of theft or loss, and that’s exactly what it does. That’s why you need to unlock iCloud before you can do anything else.

Unfortunately, a lot of people buy used iPhones for ridiculously low prices, and then realize that they’ve been fooled because the device may well have been stolen from someone else and pawned off to them for cheap.

Methods of iCloud unlocking

There are two major ways you can remove the previous owner’s iCloud account from your iPhone: software unlocking and IMEI unlocking. However, we only recommend one method, as you will see.

  • Software Unlocking (Risky and outdated)

Software unlocking has been out there for years. Back in the old days, it was once the quickest method to remove Activation Lock. But we no longer live in those days, and software unlocking is now an outdated choice.

Basically, software unlocking is where someone uses some kind of software to bypass the activation lock on an iPhone. However, it no longer works, and a simple upgrade or restore might re-lock your phone in the future. If an unlock provider is still promoting software unlocking, then make sure you stay away from them.

  • IMEI unlocking (reliable and fast)

IMEI unlocking is very reliable when it comes to iCloud unlocking an iPhone. It’s fast and safe, and most importantly, it won’t void your warranty. I’ll repeat that: it will NOT void your warranty. All you need to do is to retrieve the IMEI number of your iPhone. However, you cannot IMEI unlock your iPhone on your own, and you will need the help of an unlock service.

What is IMEI number?

IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a unique identifier code that every mobile device has. Apple’s database stores the IMEI number alongside other information such as date of production, warranty, and activation status. To get the IMEI number of your iPhone, you simply need to open the Phone app and then dial *#06#.

iPhoneIMEI.net (the number one iCloud unlock provider)

There are many iCloud unlock providers out there. However, not all of them are worth your time. Some may have cheap rates, but no customer support. Some are just scams to take your money. If you are looking for a trusted unlock provider, then iPhoneIMEI.net should be your first and only choice. Here are just a few of the advantages of using this service:

  • iPhoneIMEI.net is my number one recommendation when it comes to iCloud unlocking an iPhone. The site receives 9.5 points on trustreview.net, but more importantly, it has my confidence because I’ve actually used the service. One of the best things about iPhoneIMEI is its ability to remove the iCloud activation lock on all iPhone models ranging from iPhone 4s to iPhone 11. Besides, they’re continually adding support for new devices at a rapid pace. All you need to do is to head over to this link and follow the instructions.

  • Second, they unlock very quickly. The time it will take depends on the iPhone model, but it usually ranges from 1 to 3 days.
  • Third, iPhoneIMEI offers the best customer support on the market. I contacted them three times and three different but equally polite and well-trained customer service executives gave me all the information I needed.
  • Finally, they iCloud unlock your iPhone at very affordable rates. Pricing varies depending on the device you wish to unlock (it starts at $56). I know it’s affordable because I wasted a lot of money on crappy software unlocking products before a friend finally recommended this service.

iPhoneIMEI is always my top recommendation for doing an iCloud unlock because they are fast, reliable and cheap. Moreover, the service team is very professional, and it’s a feeling of joy receiving that success email when they permanently unlock your device! The coolest part is that they offer a refund, meaning you can get your money back if the service is not complete. If you are looking for a reliable iCloud unlock provider, then definitely give iPhoneIMEI a shot.

  1. Seems like a good service. My girlfriend had her iPhone 7 Plus unlocked in 24 hours with these guys. Worth the money for sure. You’re a little uncertain if you don’t hear from them in a day, I guess, but that’s only because there are so many scams out there waiting to rip you off. Thankfully this one’s totally legit.
