Actually, submitting a refund request is quite simple on PlayStation.

- Sign in to your PSN account when prompted.
- Then, choose the “Click here to submit a refund request”
- Wait a few seconds and it’s done.

How to get a Cyberpunk 2077 Refund on PC
Refunding Cyberpunk 2077 on PC depends on where you bought the game in the first place. Whether it is from Steam, GOG, or Epic Games Store, the steps are pretty much the same.
Steam
If you downloaded the game from Steam, then here is the link to request a refund for Cyberpunk 2077. Now, simply sign in and choose the refund option. Remember that Steam’s policy only allows you to do so within 14 days after purchasing any game. Also, you have to play it for less than two hours in order to do so.
Note: If you are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded to your wallet or your credit card. You still can request a refund for Cyberpunk 2077 given that the game is buggy and laggy.
GOG

Well, the answer is Yes! While Sony has pulled Cyberpunk 2077 off the PlayStation Store, that doesn’t mean that your purchased game will stop working.
