How to Force Restart

To force restart your iPhone, just follow these simple steps:
- Press and release the volume up button, then quickly press and release the volume down button
- Press and hold the side button
- You may see the “slide to power off” option appear, just ignore and continue to hold the side button
- Continue holding the side button until the screen goes black
If you’ve followed the above steps correctly, your iPhone 11 should begin restarting from now.

- You should see your iPhone force restart, the screen will turn black and you’ll see the Apple logo
- Do not let go of the side button until you see the lightning cable and a laptop on your screen
