Once you have successfully signed up for Apple’s software beta program, then you can download macOS High Sierra public beta. The process is pretty simple and we will show you how below.
Step one: Visit beta.apple.com in Safari on your Mac and then select the macOS tab
Step two: Once you are in, select the Download macOS High Sierra public beta access utility button and wait for the download to finish

Step two: Hit Cancel if you already have a backup. After that, agree to terms and conditions and then select the drive you wish to install the public beta onto

Step four: Hit OK and click Restart. Once you Mac finishes booting up, macOS High Sierra public beta should be running on your Mac.
