There are many Apple’s stock apps you are not actively using such as the Health app, Apple News and more. You may be wondering how you can remove these apps from your iPhone’s home screen.
In reality, there are tons of ways to hide Apple’s built-in apps, and you will have to jailbreak your device to perform the task. However, a new method in iOS 9 now allows you make stock apps invisible without jailbreak. Here is the full walkthrough
Step 1: Create a new folder and move all the apps that you want to hide into that folder.
Step 2: Tap and hold an app icon in the folder and move it the folder’s second screen.
Step 3: Release the icon, then tap and hold it again, and move it to the folder’s third screen. Make sure you don’t let go this time. Drag the app’s icon to the edge of the screen, then drag it back inside and then press the home button while still holding onto the app. Your app’s icon will be removed from your screen.
Step 4: Repeat the previous steps for each app that you want to hide.
Note: This trick only removes your apps temporarily. All the apps will return in the folder every time you reboot your device.
